'great place, would stay again!it was rainy and cool the few days we stayed and because of that a dehumidifier would of helped a lot. the road out front was the main hwy and cars/trucks zoomed past fast my dogs did not like that.however it was nice to just take a left or right and you are on your way.they are in the process of fixing up the outside and with luck they will add more light to the bathroom and kitchenette and maybe an extra outlet or two. They are not lying about internet spotty at...

'Exactly as described. Clean unit. The town itself doesn’t have much but a few restaurants were within 5 miles. Unit does not have heat/ac except ac window unit in bedroom and heat seems to come from owner section of house. It was not a big issue for us at this time of year. Host was responsive. '

'We loved the unique spot that had so much history! Loved how spacious it was and the location in a small town, minutes from Houghton. The place was clean and ready to go. The host had maps with suggested areas to check out. We were not on a snowmobile or SxS trip, but the location is perfect for the trails in the area! '

The apartment itself is so cute and filled with unique and quirky surprises while also being so cozy and accommodating. 'This property was perfect for our family and looked just as advertised! The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a family meal. There were 2 a/c units that kept us very comfortable. The stairs going up into the main part of the property are very steep with small steps, and we had to carry our big dog down them to get him outside. However, there are baby gates in the closet, and we could have gated the stairs to keep him on the lower...

'Our daughter goes to Mi Tech and this the perfect place for us- nice and close to campus but also close to hiking trails etc. Property is modern and very clean. Owners are very responsive to any questions we have :)'

'Great house and location! The home is beautifully renovated and walking distance to attractions. My husband and I stayed with two other couples. We all had our own room and a separate bathroom for each couple. The host is very responsive. Only negative is street noise. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Having the AC fan running in the room helped tremendously. We would definitely return! '
