'We really enjoy the old schoolhouse turned into apartments. The price is very reasonable. We love how they tried to keep as much of the original structure as possible, the old doors and flooring. It is a clean and well kept property. The owners are very accommodating and have a quick response time, when I asked about staying another night. '

Walking distance to many great places in Hancock for dinner, drinks, breakfast and bakery items as well as shops. This was convenient for moving our son out of MTU. Also a very comfortable place for my husband and I to work remotely. We brought our dog and walked just down the road to Porvoo Park most mornings. Trails nearby that span for miles. 'The outside of the building doesn’t represent how the place is on the inside. It’s a nice clean and well taken care of apartment that was comfy to stay in. Relatively quiet just noisy cars driving by at night. Very nice place to stay and a not very far from Houghton so it’s definitely a place I’d revisit.'

'The apartment was very cute and stylish. A great repurpose of an industrial building. We enjoyed being in downtown Houghton and being able to walk to restaurants, stores and bars. Our car was able to be parked in a parking lot across the street from the apartment so it was easy to get out of town to explore the Keweenaw. 'The property is very clean and well stocked with anything needed. The location was convenient for visiting my daughter at MTU and for accessing the beauty of Copper country. It was a short drive to Canyon Falls, MTU, and Hancock. We truly enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion would be to add a curtain to the back door, and that is so minor. I most definitely recommend this property to folks visiting the area.'

We were a little confused by the address; it was not totally clear to use that 302 Lincoln was the address, not just an apartment number. Also there were not quite enough utensils for 8, which is the listed capacity. We were overall very pleased the the property, location, parking etc. It was perfect for our needs and we would definitely stay again.'
