'When we arrived at the property, we immediately noticed the overwhelming new paint smell, but couldn't do anything to help air it out. The property itself looked nothing like the photos. The deadbolt on the front door looked as if it had been kicked in and haphazardly repaired. Some windows were painted shut, others were unable to be locked. Both of those pose a safety concern, especially in that area. There were roach traps everywhere, exposed flooring covered by carpet strips, and the futon...

'Check in was quick and easy! Location was great, lots of things to walk to (Market was awesome!). It was a great choice for myself, my husband and our daughter to stay for her volleyball tournament. '

'Getting into the property was somewhat confusing. Street parking was hard to come by and you walk through the patio dining area to get to the space. The bathroom shower and tub were moldy. Be prepared, the stairs going up are narrow. I would recommend packing lightly. However, the check in and check out process was easy. And the location was great. '

'The area is off-putting with cars on bricks and a lot of broken trash sitting around. The home was large enough for what we needed and pet friendly, but there were many issues. The sliding door to the balcony was duck taped in, the screen on the door did not fit and fell upon opening it. The fridge and freezer turned on but was not cold which caused us to need ice and coolers to keep our food safe. 'Got there pretty late and used property to sleep. It was good enough for what I needed it for. Didn’t like the door being wide open on arrival as I traveled alone. It was extremely cold as heat was not on. Was able to get heat started in bedroom and remained in there the stay as heat in living room was not functioning. It is downtown so expect some noise. I appreciated the fan for white noise. Bed was not very comfortable but I like a firmer mattress. Bathroom baseboards could be a little...
