'The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead. 'We have a great team experience at Orchid House Jungle. The hotel was beautiful and peaceful. The food was amazing and fresh. The staff was the best, they were accommodating to our needs and help facilitate rentals and tours. We felt like family there with the personal approach and attention. We visited the sister hotel and they were great as well. The continental breakfast was perfect and rooms were cleaned everyday. We will be definitely coming back.'

'We had the most incredible stay at Layla - this was for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more magical. The pool area is stunning and our room was lovely and spacious - the balcony a great addition as was the walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious, and made even better by Michael who was so attentive - we looked forward to seeing him every morning! Location is ace, and so easy to explore central Tulum - if you want to go further afield the concierge were to hand and organised everything...
