'This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Very friendly staff and the room is very well equipped.'

'I had the best experience staying in this hotel. The staff were all super friendly - the best host was Frank at the front desk. He did absolutely everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. He was always willing to help out with anything I needed or any questions I had about the city. 'Overall my experience at Habitas was bad. I booked this hotel for 7 nights and ended up leaving after 2. It was raining so hard that glamping was extremely uncomfortable and I was worried for my safety at night.

 The check-in process was confusing, because I thought I had paid the full amount up front in February, but the taxes of 19% were to be paid at checkin. Expedia was unclear if the amount included taxes or not. I arrived at night in the poring rain and the property has bad lighting....

'We loved our stay at Diamante K, it was more than we expected. Very peacefull, paradise beach, close by the Ruins. It’s further away from the hotel strip, so if you want to go out for dinner you need to take a taxi, these are cheap tho, so for us it was no problem. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone. We booked an extra night right after the first night because we loved it so much. There was a miscommunication about the rooms for a moment, but the staff took perfect care to solve...

"The place looks amazing. Only there are also a lot of things that could be better. To start with the positive things: + Really nice park setting + Free water in the whole park (there are plenty of watertaps) + Near/at de beach + Clean shared bathrooms + No loud music and no noice during the night + Good lightning in de night to go to bathroom Negative things or things that you should be aware of are: -/- highly overpriced drinks and food (glas of wine 16 usd and beer 7 usd for example) -/- some waiters only busy with getting tips instead of giving good an nice service -/- no breakfast included. Its available for aroud 10 usd -/- no shop at the camping or in the area for buying small food and drinks -/- park entrance not included in de price of the accommodation. More than 20 usd a person and only valit for one day. So when you leave the National park to go to Tulum center for example, you have pay again! -/- be aware that the beach front tents dont have beach view!!! Its better to book garden view. Aldo less noice from the ocean. -/- hotel cant help this, but there is alot of dirt on the beaches and in the water -/- the taxi from Tulum center to the hotel is overpriced and cost 20 usd. If you have time its better to take a small bus (collectivo)"
