'We loved our stay at The Springs Retreat in Leakey! The two-bedroom cabin was beautiful inside, very well furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The property is immaculate — the pool area and creek access are amazing, and the grounds are kept in spotless condition. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing stay — highly recommended!'

'The only thing I would add is flashlights on the cottages that do not have bathrooms. Also I noticed that they were lights to the men's but not the women's. And the closest restaurant is about 20 minutes so I would recommend eating before you get there otherwise take your snacks. I went to Harper for dinner and it was about 30 minutes then Ingram for breakfast which was about another 25 the opposite direction. I would recommend selling appetizers '

'This cabin and the facility is a GEM ! Right in the middle of every reason you want to visit the area. The cabin is a true definition of Glamping ! Everything you need to enjoy the time. We loved the decor, and the setup. And our dog loved it ! No Problems at all. This is our go to for the Hill country now. Thank you !'

'We loved our stay at Whiskey Mountain! The cabin was just what we needed and the perfect getaway for our time there. Having a kitchen for home cooked meals and drinking coffee on the porch while watching the sunrise made the weekend extra special. 'I booked 2 days at the Uvalde side of the duplex. It was a spontaneous trip, and I was relieved at how easy it was to book our stay. It was my first time using VRBO, so I was a little hesitant…but everything went great! The property was beautiful! We loved the cozy feel. The property was close to Garner State Park, which was a plus for us. The host was very precise/clear with the check-in and check-out procedures.
