'Excellent place'

'The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost.'

'This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The...

'Close to restaurants, beachfront, room had everything you need. Full size refrigerator was great usually you get a tiny refrigerator. Kitchen had stove and microwave. Property has a front gate with full time security. Had a great time and will be back in the near future. '

'My sister and I met here to get away from our families for a few days and this location AND time of the year did not disappoint! During our stay the neighborhood complex was very quiet, we did really see to many other people. Once you get to the unit it’s very clear on how to get to the beach, there’s two different codes to use which we just took pictures of on our phone. 'Condo had everything you needed for your vacation. The complex also had a gym tennis courts fishing and restaurant within a 5 min walk right on the beach. Easy check in process and the owner was very quick to answer all messages'

'We throughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The location was amazing, only a few miles from Shelter Cove and Hudson’s/Skull Creek for seafood on the water, and being able to walk to the beach was PRIME!! The beach bar by the pool was also one of our favorite parts of the property - really good drinks and food so you didn’t have to leave for lunch. The only thing we ran into was the track on the sliding glass balcony door needs to be replaced (I believe I read that in another review as well)...

'We enjoyed staying at this cute little condo! The patio has a nice view of the ocean. It was perfect for our small honeymoon trip. Check in was easy, and the ones at the front desk were easy to communicate with to get the guest parking pass. The condo is steps away from the boardwalk that takes you to the beach and close to the bar and pool!'

'We had a wonderful stay. Our small children really enjoyed the screened in porch and we spent a lot of time out there. The condo was perfect for us! Margaret went above and beyond to accommodate us when the washing machine wasn’t working properly. She was also very helpful in giving us suggestions for bike rentals and things to do. 'Just spent 5 days at this property. It is a little small but I did not expect much different. The bunk beds were too small for my son but he is 6 foot tall. The mattress in the bedroom was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. Replacing it with a more comfortable mattress or even adding a mattress topper would help a lot.
