'The condo was clean and well equipted. There queen bed, 2 twins in loft and a futon and a sleeper chair.. Though small you could do lpts of butts in beds.We only had 2 of us but I though a family could fot. Steps from its beatiful quiet private beach. We enjoyed bird watching and saw a herd of seal return each day. The stars were bright at night as was the cool lighthouse light. Being next to a wildlife refuge was cool. 'This is a wonderful place to stay on Cape Cod. The condo was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. Contact with owner was no issue. He texted back in a timely manner and answered all questions we had. This is centrally located so that everything is a manageable drive. Great place!! '

'Our family has been to Cape Cod many times, but we've never experienced it like this. The views are incredible! Being able to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, having coffee on the deck over looking the water, the views from the dining room table....I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real. It's absolutely amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots, and pans perfect for cooking our daily breakfast. So many amazing restaurants near by... It truly was an amazing vacation....
