'Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.'
