'Room was dirty and smelled like smoke, staff weren’t very friendly, lots of people smoking everywhere, difficult stairs with no elevator'

'Property was supposed to be a non-smoking, but the elevator and the room I was assigned had a strong stench of smoke, mixed with room freshener :(. But, the front desk staff moved us to a different room, which seemed better in terms of room smell. Found that very weird when every room is non-smoking. As far as the room features, such as toilet, sink, shower are concerned, it felt extremely run down. '

'The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any issues either time I’ve stayed. The staff is accommodating and nice, you can park out of your room which is awesome. It’s not far from the mall, or concert venues which is why we chose it. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!'
