'Great location, great hospitality, good restaurant, nice pool, friendly personel, no elevator. Only, the (male) receptionist was most probably right, that I did not have rights for free breakfasts, but he brought this in such an unfriendly way, that this has influence on my review. Luckily for him, all his (female) peers, including the restaurant, were much friendlier.'

'Mooie locatie, aardige mensen, prachtige kamer en badkamer, comfortabel bed. Vlak boven een restaurant, dat geeft wat lawaai, maar dat weet je van tevoren en dat was tussen 22:00 en 23:00 afgelopen. Tot zover dus prima ervaring! Helaas gingen na de sluiting van het restaurant de gasten boven ons nog de halve nacht door op hun balkon. Dat gaf heel veel lawaai en ook de vloer kraakte aan alle kanten, dus niet alleen de muziek en het gepraat, maar ook het heen en weer geloop tot 3:00 heeft ons...

'We find it not good when we where awake on the second level that we smell constantly the smell from the breakfast downstairs. There is this hotel to expensive for. The rest was good. We where before this in the delta marriot in Dartmouth, so we were spoiled.'

'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs.
