"Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing. Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well."

"This was just a bad experience. To be honest, I don’t know how the score is this high. The rooms have no windows, well they do but it has plastic corrugated covers in front of it. So you can’t look outside. The rooms are outdated and shabby. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the pool if working. The pool is not that nice, water is was low filled. The airco leaked for two days, soaking up three towels. Low pressure water. Somethimes no water, the reception advices to right a complaint at that moment… warm water does not always work. Luggage's needs to be carried up by yourself. Three stairs. Sheets had stains. Red stains. You fill it in. Anything positive? Yes the garden is nice and the most beautiful beach on the side of the hotel. "
