'First impression was like the photos on line. The property looked nice and rather new. Upon going to our room, we were impressed with the courtyard, the seating and the grills they were available. That all ended when we opened the door to room 205. It was nasty!! The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. Looking around the room was really disgusting. The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door...

'Check in was easy and quick. The staff very courteous. Our room was immaculate. Very clean bathroom with nice fixtures and Dove products. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent full breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The room (the Marble House Room) was attractive and very clean. The hosts were friendly, easy to talk with, and hospitable. The continental breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed being able to walk to the historic downtown area and have a good meal at Cafe 220. Would recommend to friends!'

'The property was beautiful, clean and just very pleasant to stay in. The breakfast was just like you were in a restaurant with sit down service and free. I definitely recommend Sonesta Select to anyone traveling. It was a pleasant surprise.'

'The walls were paper thin, could hear neighbors on both sides of us like they were in the room. Also road noise was very bad and we were on the lakeside away from the road. Although we were “lakeside”, the part of the lake was a very small and long inlet that the hotel sits on and you couldn’t really see much of the actual huge lake. We could never get hot water from the sink. Luckily the shower did have hot water but had to let it run a long time to get it. The restaurant closed at 4 pm...

'Clean'

'The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep.'

'Goed hotel. Bij het zwembad hoor je het verkeer vanaf de naastgelegen snelweg. Binnen hoor je hier echter niets van. Zeer enthousiaste receptioniste (Desiree)👍'

'Great breakfast'

'We stayed with our family for the Ren faire. The room itself was nice but the microwave had its issues'

'When I arrived I thought the room was not clean enough, and the staff corrected it immediately. They were very helpful.'

'Great stay and no problems'
