'We had a wonderful stay during school vacation week. We planned to ski all week, but weather had other plans and closed all the lifts, so we had a lot of extra time at the house. We lost electricity and they were out within 45 minutes to hook up the generator for us. Owner/Mgmt company was super responsive to any messages sent. 'We booked for two nights. Had an awesome time at Sugarloaf. Such a nice experience to be able to get right on the lifts in the morning and ski back down to the place after dinner and drinks at the base restaurant.'

'This home in the Timbers had good access to Windrow trail (3’ walk in ski boots). Home was clean and well stocked and pictures are accurate. Bedrooms are cozy and living spaces comfortable. Host Ryan was excellent with timely communication and support. While a major storm impacted our check-in, he made us whole with a generous compensation'
