'A little outdated and worn, but still a fantastic five star hotel in terms of amenities, service and ambience, all very much in the old-style luxury model. A great way to pamper yourself, especially if you book their Red Level accommodation. In the Salamanca district, right next to Plaza Colón, taxi's in front of the door, footsteps away from public transport and walking distance from Retiro, El Prado and other sights. The personnel could not be more professional and helpful. Very recommendable.'

'Hotel is nice, situated next to Retiro Parc, which is perfect! The hotel gives you the feeling you are stepping in another time! 50's or 60's or so..great! It is an old hotel but still luxury and clean and well maintained. '

'Kleinschalig hotel vlakbij het Atocha station, waarvandaan je gemakkelijk met het OV overal in de stad komt. Kamer was iets kleiner dan van te voren verwacht, maar alles wat je nodig had was er, koelkastje, badkamer met douche in bad, tv en een lekker bed. '
