'This was the perfect place for our quick overnight for a concert in Jersey City. Clean, safe, and more spacious than I expected for a city apartment. Kitchen has the basics to keep things cold (mini fridge) and heat things up (microwave, Keurig with coffee provided). We had zero issue with parking right on the block (though I imagine arriving later in the evening would have made it tougher). Easy Uber (10-15) into town. Would imagine this would be a great location for home base on an NYC trip,...

'Place was nice and clean. We had an issue with stairs and host got it fixed quickly. If renters don't tell the host of issues found they won't get fixed. Host was great getting item fixed.'

While it does have street parking most days we’re very difficult to find a spot. It would be nice if the balcony was available for guests to use. 'Very nice property, the view of Manhattan is amazing from the rooftop! We really enjoyed staying here, and beds were comfortable. The house was clean, the only thing we experienced was a bit noisy on Wednesday night from an alarm going off at the factory behind the property.Friday night someone had a party with loud noise and Saturday night was mild noise, but it's expected in the city.
