The curving escalator was remarkable. The chandeliers are gorgeous. Our room with the view of the harbor was breathtaking. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby.

All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston.
I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'
