'The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. 'They charged my card six hours before I arrived, the desk clerk at check in was rude, as well as rude and acted out out when I called and told her the AC in room wasn't working properly. She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design. Needless to say the AC didn't work in the room in the middle of the summer. Front desk clerk at checkout was rude as well. The only good thing about this was...

'Very kind and professional staff. Clean room. Ocean view room and nice beach. Only one small thing i have considered me. I’m not pork eater they had turkey sausage option on the buffet but only 1 tong for bacon, pork sausage and turkey sausage. So people using same tong with every single meats anyway it’s easy to fix. Other than everything was excellent 👍.'

'The only redeeming quality about this motel was the friendly staff. It’s filthy, mold on the doors, walls, floors, ceiling, in the a/c unit. After washing my hands I went to dry them off with a clean towel and it had poop on it. I attached a photo. The smell was so strong of mold and mildew it took your breath away. This motel is not only disgustingly dirty and stinky-it’s a health hazard. Stay away.'

Once again the room was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants and there's a WalMart and Publix up the street. 'Did not appreciate self parking charges per day I think that is absolutely ridiculous when you're already paying to stay in a room and a parking lot is part of the facility that's just not right in my opinion. The facility was great the service was great everything was exceptionally well but the only other complaint that I would add to that parking is the parking lot is a very long walk with all of your luggage and there were not enough dumb waiters available for the amount of influx of staying...
