The bed was literally deformed, with the mattress so uneven and sunken that it was difficult to stay in the middle without sliding toward the edge. Since it was already late at night, we ended up staying in the room for that first night. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely loud the entire night, sounding more like construction noise or an old...

'The lobby and rooms were pleasant, but the towels and wash cloths weren't clean. The breakfast area was too small to accommodate the amount of people staying at the hotel. There's one waffle maker and one coffee pot each for regular and decaf, so there were over 30-minute wait times for these items. Instead of having a small shop where you had to grab an item and pay at reception, they could put those few items behind the reception counter like other locations and use that store space to set up...
