'Excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was Very well stocked. Nice beach chairs and bikes available to use. Swimming pool was very clean. Parking can be a little tight if you have large vehicles like ours, being from Texas. Finally Google maps was trying to get me to turn into a business driveway off Dubois park road but the road is one way so best to come in off A1A.'

'Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)'

Speaker system was great including outside that syncs to the inside. Walk to the beach is easy! Loved check out process not having to clean out the refrigerator. 'The home was very comfortable, attractive, clean and well-maintained, and the nicely landscaped pool area was a great place to swim and relax. Ferney is an excellent host. He provided all of the information we needed upon our arrival, and was highly responsive when we had questions and requests. The house is located in the Old Northwood neighborhood which is a great place to visit with its many historical homes and proximity to downtown West Palm Beach and Palm Beach. 'Truely a hidden gem! The beach was just across the street, not crowded and Caribbean like water color and transparency. The owners answered the texts through App in real time, no waiting around to get the answers. Also the wifi super fast. I was able to get like 1.2 gbs with my MacBook Pro. Really enjoyed the stay.'
