'We moved here unexpectedly after our original hotel lost power, and it turned out to be a huge upgrade. The Courtyard was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. We could walk to everything: the beach, shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just steps away. 'Very nice and clean Beautiful view'

'Very nice stay. Property is being updated but even in the unit as is we had everything we needed. So nice to have a quiet home base. The AC was awesome. We had to turn it off one night and we are used to cold bedrooms. Some units may be a bit of a walk- we were in building 14 and the walk was very easy. Parking was easy and no extra charge. We picked up groceries at Target on the way but the local KTA was easy and next time we will just stop there. '

'We like that this was right beside Honl beach which we had a lovely view of. We loved where the pool was as well as it face the ocean with beautiful sunset views. The suite was big and comfortable with sufficient amenities. However one of the bifold doors was broken and completely off the hinges. I reported this but no one came to inspect or repair it. Also the bedroom had no curtains or blinds on the window and there was no sac in the bedroom either. '
