'There were nats all over in the room. The shower door did not close well and water was all over the floor. The ac unit was dirty. There were no accessible plugs near the desk. The front desk was in disarray with open boxes and I had to wait for someone to check me in. Could not use the name and room number for WiFi and had to call for a special code to access. Will not stay again'

'Breakfast had fixings for burritos- very good. They were asphaling the parking lot so parking was confusing. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.'

The bathroom was clean, but it was an accessible shower and the floor wasn’t slanted to the drain, so the entire floor became soaking wet. There were also items left behind by others, just under the bed and the chair. So the visual surfaces appeared clean, but just under the bed and chair were definitely not!'

Mini golf course right across the street and a Casey’s gas station that you can walk to. I have only one complain. Not even a complaint just a suggestion It’d be nice to have a full body mirror. That’s all. If our band is iGrand Rapids again next year we are staying here again for sure!'
