Hotels met roomservice in Kathmanduvallei

'The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Felt safe and loved the view. Everything about our room and service was great. Thank you. '

'Hotel Green Valley is situated at a beautiful spot. Unfortunately we did not see the Himalaya due to the cloudy weather. The hotel is comfortable but the rooms could be more cosy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Rak Kumar was very attentive. Because almost no one had diner at the dining room, the atmosphere was a bit lonely.'

'Sunning views & property with an incredible staff! We did a quick one night getaway and was such a worthwhile experience for our trip to Nepal. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable time seeing the Himalayas.'

'Beautiful views, but disappointing for the price I stayed at The Terraces for two nights of a planned five-night stay, paying approximately $260 per night including taxes. I was disappointed enough to leave early, forfeiting payment for three unused nights. The property has beautiful mountain views, lovely landscaping, and amenities including a heated pool and yoga. However, much of the hotel feels dated, worn, and inadequately maintained. I encountered issues including a bathroom leak, noisy...

'Loved everything about this hotel!'

Although the building is in a traditional and atmospheric style, it has been very well renovated and maintained. The breakfast, featuring homemade bread, was excellent in both quality and...

'Location is right next to Durbar Square. Staff and service were great.'

'We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel..'

'The location and view is excellent, really recommend making use of the early morning and sunset rooftop opportunities. Some of the amenities were add-ons and quite expensive like the sauna and bbq.'

'The staff are super nice and very helpful. The food for both supper and the breakfast buffet was very good. The view from the room is superb. A few minor issues: 1) the bathroom had a bit of an odor after showering; 2) my wife ended up taking lukewarm showers as the hot water went out during the day although it was fixed right away after calling the front desk; and 3), probably not the hotels fault but the WiFi was a bit unstable. However, these were all minor and did not at all detract from a...

'room in the new building not fully done'

'Friendly staff at the hotel. The location is close walk to Durbar square. Unfortunately breakfast is served from 7 to 8:30. It would be helpful to have breakfast end at 10am.'
