'We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 with three boys (ages 8, 9, 11). The check in process was easy and communication was on-point. No issues while we stayed here. My only callouts would be to prepare to park on the street a few doors or a block down from the loft since right out front is not reserved and not guaranteed. Parking was free though! The kitchen came in handy and we used it daily multiple times a day! Lastly, the bunkbeds and provided games were a hit with the kids. '
