'The room was really clean and welcoming. Im glad to see an ATM machine in the lobby. We didnt have to run to the store or find our own bank. The only negative commwnt would be that the ice machine wasnt qorkimg on our floor, floor 5. But it wasnt a big deal as we were able to go down a floor to get some. Overall it was a great stay. '

'I absolutely loved my stay here! Nothing to complain about. Our stay went so smoothly and great. The room was perfect, water in the shower was hot and everything worked well. Kitchen was fully equipped and the water in the sink was filtered, so that’s a great plus. Only issue we had was with the microwave and safe, but went to the front desk to report it and they immediately came to fix it. All staff is absolutely charming, welcoming and helpful. Loved our stay at Element! '
