'It was clean and had just about everything we needed and more, we could have used a few extra bath towels. I would suggest to put in the description to future guests the number of steps (27) to get to the unit, so they can be prepared. The last flight of steps needs a handrail and overall better lighting after dark. It is in a very good location for getting to locall attractions from Houston to Galvaston.'

'Always a great time! Cabin has everything you need. Near shopping and the Kemah boardwalk. Also new 52 acre park for walking dogs or children playing. Host is kind and communication is awesome.'

'Pool was not in swimmable condition. I was told they would clean it and it was not serviced during our stay. The French doors to the pool would not stay locked and kept blowing open, which is a safety concern as the pool did not have a separate fence and of course potential intruders. There may have been a peg on the French doors that I did not use, however, if there was one it was not in place when I arrived. The dishwasher tipped on and hit my 1 year old niece on the head, again safety.'

'Every room was clean. My guest said they felt like they were on a beach in Miami from the feel of the house! I called about a very small issue I notified the host and had an immediate response apologizing for inconvenience (which it was not). There are tiny steps or ledges (if you will) on the floor in a few places in the house and if you are unaware or forget they are there you probably will trip or have a little misstep. 'I enjoyed the bungalow, its condition, and the location. You were very prompt in fixing the washer and dryer issues but I was concerned that the carbon monoxide problem wasn’t addressed. I brought my concerns to the fire department that initially found hot spots of carbon monoxide in the bungalow. After that find I was the only one staying at the bungalow with the furnace turned off and windows open.'
