'What a perfect location! The apartment is within walking distance of so many Seattle attractions, and very close to several public transportation stops. If the weather is good, the rooftop space with picnic tables and chairs is a gem, with a great view of the Space Needle. The unit is on the corner of the building on the top floor, so we never heard the neighbors. Our host was exceptionally responsive and has an online guide with great info on the apartment.'

'It was my first time visiting Seattle for the convention taking place. The property was nice and clean and very convenient to be just down the street from the convention center, made it easy to get back and rest after the long day. Would definitely book again!'

'The apartment was beautiful. Clean, well decorated, secure. The views from the balcony are not panoramic as advertised, thanks to the addition being built next door. You have the space needle to the left and a sliver of water to the right but no view straight ahead. We were slightly disappointed until we realized there is roof access. 'My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! '

'I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park. The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great. Would stay again. '
