'It is a nice hotel and the room was great. The only problem was we were on the sixth floor and it was a tiny bit windy, but it sounded like we had a wind tunnel in our room. It kept waking us up both nights that we were there, sounded like a tornado was going through the room.'

'I booked a double room. When I checked in I was told I was being upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. When I went to the room they assigned and as far as I’m concerned it was not a suite. It was the room I booked a double. If that was a suite I hate to see what a regular double room is.'

'Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine.'
