'The cabin is amazing! I called the day before we arrived to check on some amenities. The person I spoke with was very friendly and informative about the area. The cabin was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large jetted tub that was not advertised and there was a grill at the cabin that was not advertised as well. Cons- The pool was cold for my liking and the hot tub is small. The front desk person was not at the desk when we arrived. There was a sign...

'The room was dated, needed paint in a few areas. The swimming pool was closed. The outside seating was dirty and old. Nah I'd never stay there again or suggest. I want a REFUND'

'The room had updated bath, clean and nicely appointed. Comfortable bed and pillows were perfect! Breakfast was good, the ladies were very nice. Overall, great experience with it being our first time staying at a Hampton Inn. Will definitely stay at others.'

'Easy access from highway, and there were plenty of parking spaces. Staff member was friendly and sign in was quick and easy. The room and bathroom were both clean. Sheets pillow cases blankets and towels were also clean. The heater-air conditioning unit was quiet, but difficult to regulate. After cooling down the room I turned it off for the night. No elevator, so I had to trudge up two lifts of stairs to get to my room on the 2nd floor. Overall a decent place to stay.'
