'My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. 'The hotel itself has a nice and clean design with friendly staff and is located near several nice parts and attractions of Bangkok. However, our stay was slightly disappointing because of the fact that the rooms seemed to be having single glass windows. With the hotel being located at a busy street with 24/7 busy traffic it seemed as if we were sleeping with the windows open… The cleaning seemed rushed.'

'All of the staff that worked at the hotel were lovely. Everyone who worked there was friendly and always kind and helpful and a pleasure to speak with. It's also a very smart place to stay because you are very near much of the sightseeing! You could walk to several close destinations as well for your needs such as 7-Eleven and places to eat.

'Best place to stay if you want a Genuine Thailand experience without the tourist hustle and bustle in Bangkok. Located in old town close to the palace, this gym exceeded my expectations. Wonderful and friendly staff, who became like family. It’s located near high profile government buildings and is completely safe. Walking distance to the palace and temples. If there’s openings to stay here, I highly recommend booking. You will not be disappointed.
