'This is our second time staying at John Yancy. Its nothing fancy but it has a great breakfast with a beautiful gazebo to eat at if you choose. Staff is nice. My biggest complaint was the wifi connection at night. It kept buffering or disconnecting which made it frustrating with little ones. '

'No elevator stairs were dirty and broken. Breakfast had frozen items no fresh fruit or fresh eggs etc.'

'Not ocean front. The room was clean. No one came to clean the room daily. Had to tell them the trash needed emptied. Had to walk across the road and then down sand covered steps to get to ocean. The outside if the motel needs.a facelift.'

'We loved our stay at Salty Vibes cottage! It is in a great location- just a short walk to the beach and the Wright Brothers memorial. We loved the attention to detail in each bedroom with artwork and books about local sites and history. 'The hotel is a bit dated and does not have many amenities, but you can get free passes to the YMCA, the breakfast was good, and most importantly it is on the beach. For the low price, it was a good deal.'
