'In all honesty, I went the cheaper route. Even so, the room was clean and well kept. It had 2 double beds, cable, and great air conditioning. It sat next door to the pier, which has a great restaurant with live music on the deck. It is very easy to get to any place you want to go. The staff was friendly and helpful.'

'Sliding glass door would not lock, so not secure. Reported and did fix. AC did not cool in front of villa. Humidifier in use. Strong old, musty smell. AC in bedroom did cool. Down blanket too warm for September and no other blanket available. Kitchen with one spoon and one table knife. Pots pans limited and some in poor condition. Would not recommend!'

'We were going out so we locked cash, credit card ,ld ,jewelry in the room safe on return the safe won't open. We were told that we must wait until morning so I made arrangements to meet the maintenance man at 900am. No show ar 9 waited 20 minutes and went to breakfast. On return found the door and safe open. Went to the manager who was dismissive, arrogant, saw no problem. Unbelievable. Breakfast is the usual hotel food but it is rationed out like a grade school cafeteria. No a good experience.'

'Surprisingly charming little motel. Checkin staff was super friendly and helpful - offered us free bike and kayak rentals which was unexpected. It sits right on a little creek with pretty quick access to the sound. Apparently it was someone’s birthday and they were throwing a little party on the grounds - there’s a small stage, they had live music, free food. We had plans so we didn’t go but it was nice to be invited. :) It’s clearly been around for a long time but seemed to be pretty...
