'Hey everyone, we had a fantastic time in Salvo. I’m not here to compare real estate, but the house, although a bit dated and in need of a few minor fixes, was overall fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were clean, and the hot tub was great. It was conveniently located between a couple of beach access points, making it an excellent value for the price. No complaints at all. I highly recommend checking this place out.Additionally, I spoke with the caretaker about the older reviews...

'Perfect rental for family of 4. The kids room (w 2 twin beds) has a deep closet & little cove walkway to closet. It would prob fit a pack & play and extra air mattress (twin) if your family needed. We reserved it again for next year! The dune between the beach and the house was HUGE and we could not see the beach from our porch. We were not bothered by this. Had a great vacation! Check out the ice cream sandwiches at Sunrise Seafood Market. You're welcome ;)'

'The property is a neat little duplex right on the beach with a deck with chairs looking at the ocean. It's a bit of a hike to the ocean (steep dune to climb). Propety was clean, well equiped. This has been one of the best kept properties I've stayed in.'
