'The entire stay was in the midst of a great rain storm but the stay was absolutely lovely. The rooms were comfortable, the environment was very pet and family friendly. My only complaint if I had one was the necessity for the floors to be swept before our stay. There were sand bits on the floor, from what i assume was brought in from the hosts or the last guests. Beyond that, we enjoyed the spacious yet comfy stay. Thank you to Ryan for staying in good contact with me. '

'I enjoy going to the Outer Banks off season when it's a bit cooler and there are a lot less people. We wanted to be able to have a house close to the beach that also provided some privacy and we wanted a hot tub. What an absolutely perfectly cozy little home and so close to Pamlico Sound and the Sea! Everything in the house was exactly what we needed for our 38th anniversary mini-vacation. 'I have been visiting the Outer Banks for 35 years, and this property was top notch. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you could need for a two-week stay with my family. We baked and cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, had s’mores by the fire pit and enjoyed the hot tub. Communication with the owners was easy with prompt replies, and check in process was seamless.Our family would return to this home on a future OBX visit!'

'Wonderful home, very walkable to beach, restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfortable, nicely remodeled baths, and the furniture was nicer than normally found in rental homes. We used the bikes to ride to restaurants, beach, and shopping nearby and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor shower. Didn’t cook, but appliances were newer and great condition and kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were responsive and accommodating during our stay. We will absolutely stay again when visiting...
