'Let me start this review by saying that this rental is completely SHARED space. (Since the renter didn’t feel the need to list that anywhere on his rental listing.) We showed up to check into our rental and were totally shocked to find an entire family already staying inside it. We woke up to babies screaming, children running around, and doors being slammed. The renter pays someone to “clean” the property, yet all 4 days we were here all 3 trash cans in the kitchen were full to the brim with...

'The property worked well for our needs. We wanted to be in the Maple Leaf district and this location was perfect. Parking and access was easy to navigate. Much of the property has been updated with the exception of the bathroom and a few doors but we were comfortable.'

'The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking.'
