'The property was lovely, but definitely not ADA compliant. Expect between 15-45 stairs to get to your room. I did not realize this was a rental property/AirBnB when booking through Expedia, and was expecting a hotel until I got hit up for an additional cleaning fee above and beyond what Expedia was charging for the room. 'I went to the address where my night's stay was to be and found no such place. The address took me to a park. Hotels evidently did confirm the property was a real establishment and changed me almost $100 dollars for nothing. I can't trust this service in the future.'

'Property is very close to downtown and most of the tourist areas. Vincent is very friendly and he made sure we were comfortable. I love all the amenities specially that we were able to use the washer and dryer machine. Thank you for the hospitality.'

Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...
