'As a coffee-holic, I loved the Starbucks coffee machine!'

'The part we liked the best was they had a heated pool, so even at night it was enjoyable. I would come back for the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and newly renovated. Everything was clean except we did notice a bit of black mold in the corner of the shower, not sure how housecleaning missed that, but it didn’t bother us cuz it was on the wall grout. The continental breakfast was meh.. soggy eggs, cereal, juices and a waffle maker.'

'I arrived past hours around 12am It was easy to find location and check-in box. I was having trouble check-in the reservation because upon arrival -- I was asked to scan QR code and provide for an arrival number but Expedia did not provide that to me. Spent almost half an hour trying to figure it out. Never did, but fortunately, I was able to just grab my pass and go to tent. Great stay, poor check-in experience.'

'It was a great experience! The breakfast looked good but we had plans to go out, would definitely stay again.'

'I am a rewards member but did not have access to member rewards like access to water bottles and internet. That wasn’t a huge deal but what was the worst was the fact that our room had a fire detector that flashed all night lighting up the room. It made it impossible for us to sleep. The food for breakfast was sugary and limited. And the staff were complaining to each other in the lobby rather loudly which made it unpleasant.'

'This is my third time staying at the hotel trio and I probably will not be back. The rooms were not in the same condition I remembered. More importantly, all 16 washers were “broken” and remain so for the full five days I was there. The reason I chose that hotel is because I needed laundry services. I later found out that the washers worked just fine. It was their POS system which means the washers could’ve been used. They just wouldn’t have received the two dollar fee.'

'The rooms are so cute! There was much direction on where rooms were and the numbers are hard to see from down below. I was also surprised there was $5 for parking.'
