'Very friendly'

'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '

'Stayed one night. Couples trip by Reasonably mobile/active seniors. Photos on site are accurate. Comfortably sized room with nice amenities in safe and quiet location. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Stairs are required to access this unit. Kodiak harbor is about 15 -20 min walk (no steep grade). Also under 5 min walk to the Bean and Bloom coffee shop-on the channel by the bridge. A pleasant and comfortable spot with large windows to watch eagles, fish, otters, boats, planes. Queen...

'Loved this beautiful home! An open layout and tasteful decorations made this stay very enjoyable. The cozy leather chair was a favorite to relax in and the king size bed was quite comfortable. We found everything we needed there for our week long stay in this clean house. Location was perfect, right off the main road! 'Property was very clean, absolutely adorable, and well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Checking in was a breeze and the stay was great! Neighbors let their dogs run free all over the place, we don’t mind because we love dogs but big dogs coming up to you as you get out of your car might deter others who don’t like dogs. '
