'Stayed for one night wouldn’t let us have a late check out. Who doesn’t allow late check out these days? Annoyed for the amount of money they charge.'

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. '

'The sink is tiny it’s too small even for a child. The shower is tiny too there’s no room to bend down. The light from the door to the hallway was way too bright keeping me up all night I had to use a freaking EYEMASK to sleep! Paradise hotel? More like motel. The crack of the door was way too big the light was unbearable. Then the AC. It definitely did not adjust to the temperature it was set to. I had trouble staying asleep due to the warmth of the room. It was not getting cooler even when...
