'Stayed for one night wouldn’t let us have a late check out. Who doesn’t allow late check out these days? Annoyed for the amount of money they charge.'

'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. '

'The good: Great location with just a walk across the street to the beach (yes they supply the chairs). 5 - 20 min walks to shopping (Target to H&M to Fendi) The staff is super friendly. The bad: unfortunately, the hotel is being renovated but they keep the renovations neat and out of the guests way and it didn't effect the pool, restaurants or stores. The really bad: if you want quiet get a high room it's super noisy some nights. Also we had issues with the hot water, not getting hot for...
