'The location was absolutely perfect for the New Year’s Eve events that go on here in downtown New Bern! The Condo had everything that you needed to make a few days stay very comfortable. It’s very quiet as well. The host did a great job with the amenities and also his communication to any questions you have was instant!'

'The beach was just right over the dunes from us and visible from our room. Everything you need in a compact area. We were able to get groceries to cook a little and enjoyed the beach without having to leave in the car.'

'First, I have to say that all communications with Jonathan were excellent. No matter what question I had was immediately answered. The house was as described, very clean and had everything needed for a relaxed stay.Boating, don't expect to bring your own boat as the marsh is very shallow. There is a tandem kayak there but I brought my own kayak with us and it was great, spent a lot of time on the water.Overall it was a great relaxing trip but if you want a busy area with night life this is not...
