Upon arrival, it was spotless and welcoming, with what appears to be all new fixtures, appliances, bedding, towels, ample kitchen supplies and furniture. The AC works well but with my January visit, I found it unnecessary to run. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was sufficient and a bonus. They exterior is well maintained and there is a gorgeous lounging area...
