'I had stayed in this hotel one week earlier on my way to Florida and I left the charger for my electric toothbrush. When I returned on my way back to Virginia I found out that the maid had turned it in to the front desk. It was an insignificant piece of equipment but it was nice that they held it for my return. The front desk clerk and the maid were very helpful in making me feel welcome. The clerk that works the front office in the morning was also on top of everything. She kept the coffee...

'We were disappointed when we saw the door to our room, but later found out that the finished had been removed when it was cleaned. Staff is aware. When we entered our room, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was very attentive. We highly recommend this hotel!'

'There was nothing I liked. From the moment I arrived I felt discriminated against. They told me that I couldn't stay there more than 2 nights and they told us that we couldn't extend our stay. We asked other guests if they have been there longer than 2 nights. One guest told us they have been there for over a week, another has been there for a month, and another had been there for a year and lived there. And the room that was given to us smelled like meranah. It had a very strong odor of it. But...
