'We have stayed at this property multiple times and this time were disappointed with the decision to remove the in-room coffee maker, the installation of one coffee cup at a time dispensers at breakfast and the cold scrambled eggs. The breakfast staff person was pleasant and helpful but it was really slow getting a cup of coffee because it’s all self serve. The notes said the decision for changes was based on minimizing cup waste but if that’s true they can offer ceramic mugs to be washed. The...

'Most miserable check in receptionist. No smile, whispered so I couldn't hear her. Forgot free bottles of water and when I asked later no apology. She clearly hates her job. No conversation. Huge room with tub. Nice breakfast and lovely waitstaff'

'It was a fine hotel for a short stay during our travels, a clean room and a simple pool for cooling off after a eventful day. Breakfast was simple but ample. '

Room was acceptably clean and supplied...A/C was not on when I arrived but did work...just had to wait for the very stuffy and warm room cool down...free breakfast was a bit below standards...desk staff was helpful. I would consider another overnite stay in the future.'

'Pros: Breakfast is above average, in terms of variety and quality of the coffee. Bed was comfortable. Both firm and soft pillows were provided. AC was cool and responsive. Cons: No chest of drawers or closet are provided. The four hangars and wall hooks provided are woefully insufficient for more than a one night stay. Shower floor was super slippery but maintenance responded quickly to clean it.'

'Our room was great overlooking the beautiful view of the river. If I have any complaints it would be the lighting in the room for reading is pretty bad. The insulation between floors really needs fixing. We heard every movement from above. The surrounding property though beautiful did need some maintenance.
