'Classic Charleston hotel. Our room was very spacious. You just need to make sure it's not on Meeting St., because it's noisy. There were a few maintenance issues that needed attention....ceiling air conditioning vent rattled, & the shower drain was slow. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.'

'Great hotel. Wonderful in every way except for getting early check in and late check out. They got me in by about 1:30 and gave me to 1:30 checkout. Better than nothing. My credit card was left at the bar on the roof (they told me they lunch charge it to the room but I was told by the front desk that it should have worked. The hotel charged me $9.95 to send the card back to me '
