'Our 11 nights stay in the cabin was great. Very rustic, peaceful surroundings with a great view. Everything was in the cabin. Sadly we did not get to meet the owners. Downtown Nashville is 45 min drive. The area has plenty of restaurants and shops within 30 min. A real recommendation for a couple who needs a quit time. Ronald and Sandra the Netherlands'

'Our family enjoyed a wonderful time at the cabin. It was very clean and inviting with clear instructions/ labels throughout. There were so many things to enjoy from hot tub to kayaking on the lake to ping pong and air hockey. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable escape for the family and a close drive to Mammoth Cave which we had wanted to visit for the first time. Highly recommended!'

'This vacation spot was ideal for our entire family. Eleven of us, ages ranging from 7 to 95, enjoyed everything the property had to offer. We spent a few days enjoying the nearby attractions (Lost River Cave, The National Corvette Museum, golf, etc.) and spent a lot of time on the property swimming and playing games. 'We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Dave B.'s. The house is at the dead end of a gravel road so no one passes by. The house is well-stocked with all kinds of supplies. We availed ourselves of the fireplace and the Smart tv. Dave reminded us that there are no stores within a 20 minute drive so we were well-prepared with groceries. All of the light switches are labeled. Very helpful. We hope to come back next year, as do our dogs. They loved romping freely in the large yard and their leashed strolls...
