'Very comfortable - everything we needed and then some!'

'A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

'Very cute, clean, and comfortable for its size. Owner has made a great effort to equip with little creature comforts like Keurig/latte/cappuccino maker. Great location, easy access to many different city attractions. Perfect for a small family or 2 friends on a weekend getaway. Would stay here again.'

'The house was clean and had everything you will need. Comfy beds, great back porch and kitchen has anything you might need. Close to everything!!! Julia was so responsive to our needs. We thought we might have to stay extra due to a snow storm coming in and she stayed in touch to make sure we were okay. We will definitely be back ❤️'

'Rented the property so we had a place to stay while visiting my sister. It was clean cozy and close to downtown. They were able to accommodate our early check in with ease even though it was made last minute! Good open communication very friendly/welcoming. The property was perfect for what we needed. we wish we were able to use the fire pit and hot tub but due to the Denver weather it snowed quite a bit but it was a beautiful space.'

'This was our 2nd stay in this lovely duplex unit. The host had thought of everything to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is easily accessed, but enough off the main streets to be quiet. We really want to return in warmer months to enjoy the back yard!'

'We stayed 2 nights and loved the place! The only thing to note is the ceilings are very low, we are both 5’5” and were able to fully touch it. Other than that, nice open space with perfect amenities and size for 2.'

'Our party consisted of 7 adults and the size of the home was more than adequate to comfortable host us. The property manager was very helpful and communicative in the days leading up the trip, as well as, making sure things were good upon our arrival and settling in. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and provided easy access to the surrounding towns and highways. A nice bonus was the paved trail across the street which was convenient for a morning walk, run, or bike ride.'

'We loved our stay in Wash Park neighborhood. Walkability quality is 10/10. Great restaurants for choice and quality. This was the perfect location for the 2 concerts we attended. One concert was at Red Rocks and one was at Mission Ballroom. 10/10 highly recommend. We hope to return again one day soon.'

'Visiting Denver on business and pleasure. The Wash Park Retreat did not disappoint! Located in the heart of the city, an immaculate unit, appointed with modern amenities and decor. Natalie made sure that we had everything we needed and more. She even went above and beyond and searched for an item that was lost on our trip. Communication was great. Highly recommend.'

'First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. '
