'The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. There wasn’t anybody to talk to, no number to call, no email that could get us in contact with somebody that could resolve the issue. 'The host was welcoming and responsive to our requests. It was a great little home for a week with very quick access to the parks and the bonus kitchen to prepare our own food. Clean, good beds, great shower. (If you are sensitive to noise- steps/movement from floor above, or interstate traffic, be aware that both are present.) Excellent value option given proximity to parks. '

'We didn't use any of the properties amenities. We just used the unit. Everything was functional in the unit. Just a little dated. Overall, very happy with this property! Owner sent all necessary information. There was no need to contact them. Everything went very smoothly.'

'Good location. Room is as advertised. Water pressure and temperature were great. Room was close to the elevator so some might be concerned about noise level. It didn't bother us and we slept well after full day at the parks. Lots of great restaurants around but kitchen is more than enough to prepare meals if needed.
