Had my morning tea watching the sun rise over the trees and river every morning.Very clean and well cared for. The weather turned in us from summer warm to thunderstorms at night. We were warm & cozy listening to it. Great location - close to the river walk, rafting and Tahoe City. Yet not to close. Quiet peaceful location. '

This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !'
