'Our stay was very nice. The house was beautiful, better than expected.. had a fenced in yard for our dogs. They let us bring all three dogs, two elder and a small one. The folks where very helpful in keeping us up to date on any problems that needed to be told. We had none.. '

'They had cut down the trees in the back yard and the swing was broken and leanind on the back wall. The fountain was overgrown by weeds and there was no place to sit. The tv that is hooked up to an antenna and advertised to have 24 channels didnt work. They said we could log onto our own apps or use the ones that a previous person had left logged in. All of this was relayed to us by the cleaning lady who lives next door, not the manager. This is just a few of the problems.'

'Mari was very responsive. The studio apartment was very clean, cute and inviting. The location for us was excellent as it was in close proximity to family and the venues for planned events. It had all the travel essentials of a hotel such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion towels, linens plus a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and coffee supplies. 'Clean and very roomy…love the price for a 3br/2ba home! Just fyi - if you google the home and get concerned by the old Google Maps photo, don’t worry :) it’s been remodeled and isn’t scary like Google Maps would lead you to believe haha We stayed here while in town for a family member’s memorial in Lakeland, but we also got to go to Universal with other family in town, and it was an easy trip to make for just the day. 'We had an amazing time at this property. The owners were very kind and always answered our emails back quick. We enjoyed the amenities. The area is quiet and safe. The pool and hot tub were clean. Everything about this property was top notch! Super close to legoland and other quick shops. We had a great vacation as a family of 7! '
