'Lovely clean, well looked after property. It’s in a marvellous location, stone’s throw to all shops , bars, restaurants and main bus stop in Ambleside. You couldn’t ask for more helpful hosts in Trevor and Craig, they’re always there should you need them.'

'Compact apartment, perfect for a couple or single. Small double bed and limited headroom in the bedroom but fine for a few nights. Due to limited headroom there isn’t a shower but there is a shower attachment in the bath for hair washing. Great location in the centre of Grasmere. We would definitely return.'

'We spent four nights recently in Serendipity in the Lakelands complex in Ambleside. We were delighted to find it clean, comfortable and well located with just steps to the local Tesco, shops and restaurants. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped, so was the bathroom, and there was good storage. We especially enjoyed the incredible views over the church, town and to the mountains from the oversized windows. Communication with...

'We stayed 3 nights and it was excellent! Located in the heart of the Ambleside downtown we were closed to restaurants/bars/shopping. The property was exactly how the pictures showed-lots of space, modern, and clean.'
