'Great property located close to shops, bars, restaurants. Clean, cosy and perfect for our stay. (Only downside is neighboring houses in need to of some renovation)'

'The home is beautiful, on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, and the living room has several areas for conversation and watching television. We ventured into Kansas City (only a few minutes away) and were impressed with the ease of getting around with this home as our base. We were visiting our daughter and her Kansas family, and had them over for Christmas dinner (arranged ahead of time). They all raved about how nice the house is, and how beautifully it is set...

'We booked this house for a graduation party for me and a couple friends. It ended up being the perfect house for the party and we would gladly book again! The movie room was a great addition and got a lot of use. The massive kitchen was great for preparing lots of food for our guests, as well as the big bar. The amount of bedrooms was also perfect as we had multiple people stay the night. The room with the surrounding balcony was great for our live music. The elevator helped move seats...

'Kozy in KC was the perfect home away from home for great grandparents to visit their great grandkids. The furnishings are lovely yet functional. The coffee bar!! The showers have everything you need plus plenty of fluffy towels. I could go on and on. They have thought of every nice touch.'

My husband, daughter and son in law stayed for a family trip and were able to park 2 vehicles, so much so close if needed. 'This was our first time at this property and we stayed in a pet friendly unit. We enjoyed having the extra space of two bedrooms and bathrooms with a kitchen and dining table. The only downside was the lack of privacy in that you can hear your neighbors. There’s no sound proofing at all. Walking around, showers, water heater, toilets and doors closing. Even the microwave is loud. '
