The shower was overflooding. Reception acted fast and helpful, though it was an unpleasant situation.
As compensation, they did not charge the diner of the night before. Really thoughtful.

Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Het verwarmde zwembad is perfect, ook voor onze tieners. De locatie van de accomodatie is erg goed, alles is op loopafstand bereikbaar. We hadden een appartement op de bovenste verdieping met een mooi uitzicht.

Heerlijke week gehad in dit rustige complex met fijn verwarmd zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Als ik één minpunt moet noemen is dat het appartement best gehorig was.

The hotel has recently had a full upgrade. From the moment we arrived we were thoroughly impressed. Lovely decor, friendly and professional staff and we even received a room upgrade! The hotel has a boutique feel, and we loved the view over the swimming pool. The beach is just metres from the hotel, as is the Main Street where you can find lots of nice restaurants, souvenir and designer stores. H10 Ocean Dunas we will definitely be back!
