'We booked and paid by Expedia. I handed my card for the deposit and the clerk said he wanted cash. I told him no. Not sure how we would have gotten the deposit back. The office was locked the next morning when we left. We travel alot and put up with alot. This was the worst. We were on the road for 14 hours and were dead tired otherwise we would have gone somewhere else.'
